My Style Lookbook - 6/30/12

In every fashion magazine known to man, some form of white pants are on on every summer must-have checklist. I've made it a steadfast rule for years not to wear white pants because I couldn't find a pair that flattered and I don't think that I've worn capri pants since college. In case you haven't noticed, I don't wear pants very often in general. I'm definitely what you would call a dress girl, but as a part of my reinvention I've been trying to branch out and try new things and one of those things happened to be giving white pants a second look.

I was super excited when I finally found a pair of capri pants that I actually liked. Both the pants and this airy sheer top were from the A.N.A. brand at JCPenney and each piece was under $30.00! The top is a gorgeous shade of jade green, the color just didn't translate very well in the picture (You can only expect so much from an iPhone after all) and it was covered in gold studs. The shoes are the nude version of my favorite Kelsi Dagger shoes that you may have noticed in other pictures, the bag is from Big Buddha and the owl necklace is from Macy's.
